Casa De Los Pelicanos
Rincón de Guayabitos is located 40 miles and 1 hour north of the Puerto Vallarta Airport, and 3 ½ hours from Guadalajara. Rental cars and taxis are available at the airport. Or you can take the Pacifico bus to La Peñita.
Taxis
Average cost for a taxi ride is between 30 and 45 pesos. While in the area and getting around town, local vans and taxis are available at a very cheap price between 1 and 10 pesos.

If you decide to rent a car, please be aware, as international car rental deposits may charge twie the deposit amount that they originally quoted.
Directions from Puerto Vallarta Airport
- Look for the signs for MEX 200 Highway North
- Take the ramp onto Puerto Vallarta - Xalisco/Carretera Highway Mexico-200
- Drive about 39 miles
- Pass the cities of Bucerías, Sayulita and San Francisco
- Drive North on HWY 200 about 15 miles
- There are 2 street lights in Guyabitos off of HWY 200
- Turn left at the 2nd light into Rincón de Guayabitos (You will see a tall white water tower)
- Immediately turn right on Avenida del Sol Nuevo and drive 1/4 mile
- Turn Left at Pelicanos (street) towards Hotel Reál
